1. Who we are.
wrkstack.com is operated by DANS PROCLEAN SERVICES L.L.C., doing business as Workstack Software, a Florida limited liability company, which is responsible for personal information collected on this site. Contact: use the contact form on this site.
2. What we collect.
If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email, company (optional), and message. Basic technical logs from our host (Vercel). The free review-link tool does not store what you type.
3. How we use it.
Only to reply to you, scope and quote work you ask about, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell personal information and do not add you to marketing email without your permission.
4. Who processes it.
Vercel (hosting) and our email provider, Resend. Messages may be read by an AI assistant that drafts replies; a person reviews and sends every reply.
5. Retention.
Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client (then for the life of the project plus accounting retention) or you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your choices.
Use the contact form to ask us to see, correct, or delete your information.
7. Changes.
We will post updates here with a new date.
